This is the official web site of the Ocean Terrace Owners Association.

We are a 222 home gated community, built in two main phases between 1988 and 1995 and located in south east Oceanside on the borders with Carlsbad and Vista. It is in the Vista school district. Our homes are built on a hillside which rises to 450 feet offering views of the coast to the west and mountains to the north and east. Our homes are surrounded by open areas of hillside landscaping, maintained by the Association. Houses vary in size from 1540 sq.feet to 3200 sq.feet.
We are located one mile from a small mall at the junction of S. Melrose Drive and Cannon Road with a drug store, hair salon, coffee shop and fast food restaurants. At about the same distance there is Lake Elementary and Madison Middle School. Rancho Buena Vista High School is two miles distant. Enter our community via gates on Southridge Way, off Lake Blvd or Wisteria / Nighthawk Way off Cannon Road: if you are a visitor you will need to obtain the gate code from your host.
